Becoming a PADI Dive Master is the first step on the professional ladder for dive instruction. There-after it is the Assistant Instructor level before becoming an Open Water Scuba Instructor.

Applications are dealt with on an individual basis. Please note you will need to have some experience of diving with Welsh Diving before being considered for an internship.
